I really like stylish pillows in my home. I agree with you that throw pillows are a great way to liven up your room with a splash of color. My husband has his favorite chair and most days when he comes home from work he settles down for a short snooze with his pillow.
Thanks for putting up this article. I've collected a lot of pillows over the years to use in different rooms of my house. They are great because you can change the room look quickly simply by changing the pillows to suit the seasons.
I like to read in bed before going to sleep. I'm a two pillow person and always push both pillows up behind my back and sit up to read. But recently I've been getting a lot of back pain. I'm thinking of getting one of these new reading pillows you can buy that give much more support to the back when sitting up in bed. My wife always lies on her side when reading but i can't read that way.
I like a comfortable pillow for sleeping as well. My doctor suggested I should go for one pillow as well. It has made a difference. It took me a few nights to get used to it as it feels so different from my old down pillows. I didn't get much sleep for the first few nights but now I find it's really great. I'm getting a good nights sleep and waking up refreshed in the morning.
I usually use two pillows for sleeping. I went to see my doctor recently because i was having back problems. He asked me about my sleeping habits and suggested I should go for only one pillow as it would give me better support for my back and neck. I'm going to try one of these orthopedic pillows to see if it makes a difference.
Thanks for this. My mom always had lots of pillows in her home. As kids we would have great fun with them throwing them at each other. The nice thing about pillows is the way you can just toss them about and no matter how they land they always look good.
I've been using the same pillow for sleeping on for years. It's an old lumpy down filled pillow but i love it as it feels like an old friend. I keep changing the pillowcase regularly to make it look different, but i don't want to change my comfy old pillow.
